BAKERSFIELD, Calif., On May 31, 2025, Kern County Fire Arson Investigators arrested Nicole Taylor (age 34) of Bakersfield, on multiple arson charges in connection to the “STATE” Incident. Taylor was arrested and booked into the Lerdo Detention Facility for 1 count of PC 451(a)-Arson causing great bodily injury, 1 Count of PC 451(b) Arson of an inhabited structure, and 2 counts of PC 451(d) Arson of property.
