TAFT, Calif., Friday, November 10th, additional arson felony charges were filed in connection with the arrest of Joshua Martin Woodswilliams. The ten felony charges include arson of residential and commercial structures, multiple vehicles, and vegetation in the Taft area.
Today’s action is the result of coordinated and long term investigations between the Taft Police Department and Kern County Fire Investigations Unit.
