FEMA Opens Mobile Registration Centers in Kern County

KERN COUNTY, Calif., Wednesday FEMA opened Mobile Registration Intake Centers to assist residents impacted by recent severe weather and floods. The centers will provide help with registration for disaster assistance.

Working Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm

 

Kern County Human Services Shafter

115 Central Valley Highway, Shafter Ca

Working Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

 

Homeowners and renters with damage can also apply for FEMA assistance at DisasterAssistance.gov, use the FEMA mobile app or call FEMA at 800-621-3362. If you use video relay service (VRS), captioned telephone service or others, give FEMA the number for that service. Helpline operators are available from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. PT daily.
