Kern County Firefighters assisted Orlie’s Shoe Drive at Mount Vernon Elementary School today. The organization fits shoes for the East Bakersfield community students and delivered the shoes on Friday, December 2nd. Mt. Vernon Elementary School is located in Station 41’s first due area. This is a great opportunity to serve the community and provide excellent customer service.
