Peak Fire UPDATE.
The evacuation warnings that affected the areas of Walker Basin, Skinner Flat, and Claraville have been lifted. No warnings are in effect for the Peak Fire.
Fire Department personnel, vehicles and equipment remain in the area. Residents should exercise appropriate caution around them.
Residents are advised that although there may not be active fire where they are, they should remain alert, aware of their surroundings, and prepare to respond appropriately during emergencies. You are encouraged to take action immediately if you feel threatened, even if you have not received another evacuation notification.
